Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back—whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Return Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Reduction in Value
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
